Selena Gomez joked about making ex-boyfriend Justin Bieber cry on the “The Late Show” with David Letterman, on March 18.
The former Disney star was promoting her new film “Spring Breakers” when Letterman brought up her breakup with Bieber.
During the interview, Letterman talked about the last time Bieber, 19, appeared on the show.
“The last time he was on, he and I got into a conversation and he said something, then I said something, then he said something, and I said something, and I made him cry.”
Both the audience and Gomez, 20, burst into laughter, then Gomez teasingly said, “Well, then, that makes two of us.”
Her remarks garnered even more laughter from the audience and Letterman responded, “Wow, that’s pretty good. Pretty strong!”
Letterman also asked Gomez if she had started dating again. “No, not yet, no,” the singer said. “No, I’m single, I’m so good.”
“Yeah, I think you’re fine,” Letterman replied.
