The Human Rights Campaign released its yearly report rating U.S. employers and their policies and practices as it pertains to lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender employees. Businesses rated 100% are recognized in "Best Places to Work" list, and are invited to apply for the HRC Award for Workplace Equality Innovation.
The required criteria include non-discrimination policies, health and other benefits, diversity training & management, GLBT marketing, sponsorship or philanthropy, and employee support.
This year many businesses in the travel industry were proud recipients of the award meeting the required criteria are in alphabetical order:

Surprised at some of the corporations listed; glad there are still a few places that are good to its workers.
It's good to know that there are companies that still care about humans.
Glad to see Chicago was represented on the list.
Like Annie, I'm surprised also at some of the companies awarded. If the airline workers are treated so well, why are there so many that appear disgruntled and unhappy with passengers? If not for us, they wouldn't have their jobs!
