March Madness has just begun, but that will be nothing compared to the madness that looks to be in store for everyone when “The Amazing Spider-Man 2” opens this May. Sony Pictures released the final trailer to the movie two days ago, March 19 and the video has already garnered over 2.5 million views in that time.

Some of the footage has been seen in prior trailers, but there is plenty of new footage to enjoy too. Up to now, when it comes to seeing The Rhino (Paul Giamatti), fans have only gotten to see his foot and part of his horn, but in this newest trailer to “The Amazing Spider-Man 2” we get to see all of him. The suit is more like a Rhino Tank as we see the contraption running on all fours towards Spider-Man (Andrew Garfield) at the end of the trailer.

One thing Sony does better over what Disney does with its Marvel property is that they shoot their movies using 3D cameras rather than convert it over in post-production in order to make an extra buck. As you see Spider-Man swing through the city and fight Electro (Jamie Foxx) you can really get a sense on how good the 3D is going to be, even though you are only watching it on your computer.

In the Sam Raimi Spider-Man movies, the second entry was the best of the lot. Right now “The Amazing Spider-Man 2” looks far better than the last one. We’ll find out for sure when it opens on May 2 in theaters everywhere.
