See scenes from O Wondrous Night, SeaWorld's live nativity Christmas show

O Wondrous Night is part of the SeaWorld Orlando Christmas Celebration, and it's a must-see if you love living nativities. Normally the park centers on aquatic animals like orcas, dolphins, and belugas, but O Wondrous Night brings a mix of animals from the nativity store on-stage, including a donkey, sheep, dove, and camel.

Click the slideshow to see some scenes from O Wonderous Night. It tells the story of Jesus's birth from the viewpoint of the animals. Three of them tell why they should each get credit for the baby being born in the barn.

Although it's a nativity story, the show has a universal theme at its core: everyone can play an important role in something big. The story isn't complete without a little help from each of the creatures.

The tale starts off with puppets, but by the end the stage gets taken over with live goats, sheep, donkeys, llamas, camels, and more. It's filled with traditional Christmas music, sung live by a powerful choir of "herald angels," that fills in the gaps between each of the stories.

O Wondrous Night is just one of the many shows at the SeaWorld Orlando Christmas Celebration, which runs on select nights through December 31. Jump to this article if you'd like to see a video of the whole show. Other shows include Shamu Christmas Miracles, Winter Wonderland on Ice, and the Reflections fireworks show that ends each night of the special event.
