Are you a Johnstown resident? Or maybe you’re just looking to take a day trip this weekend before the Super Bowl kicks into gear? You might consider stopping by Bent Wookee Comix to catch a glimpse of everyone’s favorite web-slinger, Spider-Man.
The popular Marvel Comics icon will be appearing in person and full red and blue attire from noon to 2 pm this Saturday, February 5. Visitors of Bent Wookee Comix are encouraged to bring their cameras and snap a photo with Spidey at the shop.
Raffle tickets for the retailer incentive “spoiler” cover to Fantastic Four #587, the penultimate issue of the series, will be available for purchase. Spider-Man himself will draw the winning raffle at 2 pm, concluding the event.
Visitors can park at the West End Beer Mart. First printings of Fantastic Four #587 can also be bought at the shop.
Bent Wookee Comix is located on 127 Fairfield Avenue in Johnstown, PA. The store’s hours are from Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday from 4-8 pm and Saturday from noon to 5 pm.
