See a new Walking Dead webisode (Part 1) before the mid-season premiere tonight

Today is February 9, 2014. To some, it is just another day, one week after the Super Bowl. For many others, it is a date they have been waiting for over two months, the mid-season premiere of "The Walking Dead." New episodes start airing tonight at 9:00 on AMC.

There are still many hours to go before the new episode of "The Walking Dead" debuts. So what are fans of the show suppose to do to help make the time go by? AMC is currently airing the front eight episodes of season 4, but fans may be tired of seeing those again. Another option is to click the video in the sidebar. It is a Walking Dead webisode, something you may not have seen yet.

The name of this new series of "Walking Dead" webisodes is called The Oath. It starts with a Walker attack on a camp, not too dissimilar to the one that took place on season 1, episode 4. Only two people survive the attack, Paul and Karina. Paul has been wounded and Karina must find a medical facility that has not been over run in order to save him.

One bonus about webisodes is that they can show more blood than may be allowed on a television program. You can be the judge of that when you watch the first webisode of The Oath. You can click the links below to see parts 2 and 3 of this short series.
