On Mar. 1, 2013, famed tennis player Serena Williams was yelled at by security when she snapped a photo of Tiger Woods, according to Yahoo! Sports.
The professional golfer was playing in the Honda Classic golf tournament in Palm Beach Gardens, Fla. on Friday as part of the PGA Tour.
Williams was in the audience watching the golf game at the 17th tee. She then took out her camera and prepared to snag an image of Woods. A security guard began shouting at her she did so, but she snapped the picture anyway and posted it to Twitter.
Williams tweeted, “Ok at this Golf tournament. Just saw @tigerwoods I understand NO golf Apparently u can’t take pics. This security for mad and yelled at me…”
She added, “Apparently u can’t take pictures of golfers. In my Defense peeps always take pics of tennis players.”
The Golf Channel reported that during the incident, Woods “did a double take.”
It has been rumored lately that Woods is back in the dating game, allegedly wooing Olympic skier Lindsey Vonn. Nevertheless, only days ago, paparazzi took photos of the athlete with his ex-wife Elin Nordegren at a youth sporting event, sparking gossip the two have reunited for the sake of their two children.
