The new store announced to open by 2016 is planned for The Mayfair Collection in Wauwatosa and surrounding area. An area known for its dynamic suburban white-collar professionals those are passionate for natural and organic food living. This is the second store in addition to the existing Whole Foods Market location on North prospect on Milwaukee Eastside.

The Chicago based developer HSA Commercial Real Estate has submitted the plans to the city of Wauwatosa building department for the store, which was included in the second phase of the Mayfair Collection development project back in January 2013.

According to plans the new 45,000 square foot store is schedule to open in 2016 on North 112th Street and West Burleigh Street just west of Mayfair Rd.

Located near a major regional shopping center Mayfair mall, the Mayfair Collection strip should become the most dynamic shopping corridor for southeastern Wisconsin, just off highway 45 and Burleigh. This upscale shopping center should join Mayfair Mall retailers as the premier shopping destination in the region offering prestigious national and international retailers such as Nordstrom Rack, Saks Fifth Ave, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Old Navy, Ulta Beauty, Whole Foods Market, and many more to come.
