Second of two Justin Bieber Lisbon concerts axed after 'rough week' in London

Justin Bieber has canceled his March 12 concert at Lisbon, Portugal's Pavilhao Atlantico, Portuguese music promoter Everything Is News said on Saturday. The promoter said that the show, which was to be the second of two Bieber Lisbon dates, was canceled due to "unforeseen circumstances."

The singer is still scheduled to perform at Lisbon's Pavilhao Atlantico on Monday, March 11. According to Everything is News, ticket holders for the March 12 concert can get refunds from their place of purchase as long as they apply on or before April 11.

While it is unclear what the "unforeseen circumstances" are, a Portugal newspaper suggested that the cancellation was due to "insufficient demand" for the second night. The English-language Portugal News made the claim on their Facebook page; that report was not confirmed.

The cancellation comes after what Bieber has called a "rough week" in London, as Bieber held four concerts at the O2 Arena. Last Friday (March 1), Bieber celebrated his 19th birthday party at Cirque du Soir, but had to end the event earlier, later tweeting it had been his "worst birthday."

On Monday, Bieber arrived two hours late for his first O2 Arena concert and was booed at by fans. He later took to Twitter to explain that "technical issues" caused the delay.

He reportedly received a "talking to" from his record label, Universal, and was told to "cool it" in terms of partying. Things went from bad to worse as he blasted the media on Twitter for "fake reports," and experienced breathing problems during his Thursday 02 Arena show.

He reportedly fainted backstage on Thursday night, but returned to complete the show. He went to the hospital afterward for further evaluation.

Finally, Bieber was caught on video screaming at a photographer, saying "I'll f*cking beat the f*ck out of you" before his own bodyguards forced him back into his SUV.

The singer completed his fourth and final concert at London's 02 Arena later on Friday night, "still a little short of breath," he tweeted, but without any further issues. His next scheduled show, the March 11 Lisbon date, will feature opening acts Cody Simpson and Carly Rae Jepsen.

With the Tuesday concert canceled, Bieber's Believe tour will move on to Madrid, Spain on March 14.
