The passage of the Jobs Act unleashed crowdfunding as a viable option for entrepreneurs to raise capital, particularly as venture capital dollars have dried up in the past few years. The Crowdfunding Conference and Bootcamp focuses small business owners, entrepreneurs, investors, crowdfunding professionals and enthusiasts, funding portals, investment bankers, financial advisers, venture capitalist, angel investors, incubators, business coaches, mentors, secondary stock specialists, equity analysts and journalists as well as tax, legal and regulatory experts.
The Crowdfunding Conference and Bootcamp includes a keynote by entrepreneurial mentor/advisor Jay Abraham, founder and CEO of The Abraham Group, Inc. The three-day conference will also feature a Funding Portal Pavilion, Crowdfunding Expo Showcase and Crowdfunding Expo Marketplace for entrepreneurs to exhibit their platforms, products and new funding solutions.
