Kojima Production has released the second free batch of DLC for the recently released, Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker. You can check out the details from their official Twitter below: 

We have more free DLC for PEACE WALKER today! Pink Camo and of course Naked Pink as a bonus. A new Chrysalis voice for Extra Ops as well!! Other free content included in today's DLC is "Koi no Yokushiryoku," (Love Deterrence) sung by the Japanese VO of Paz. Enjoy!!
