Second Chance Resale offers ways to save

From now until December 4th, Second Chance Resale (SCR) is offering the public a 20% discount on their total purchase from this great shop. SCR benefits the Family Shelter Service, so each time you buy one of their many outstanding products, you are doing the world some greater good – while saving yourself some serious cash!

Are you looking for a new coat? Well there are some beauties available within the walls of Second Chance. There are even furs; one particular Canadian Beaver was just beautiful! Resale shopping is a great way to get some fantastic products at low prices. Then, during certain times of the year, like now, SCR offers even better prices on the things that people need and can enjoy for the holidays.

Second Chance Resale has two locations for you to go to:

· Their Central Store is located at 1512 North Naper Boulevard, Suite 172 in Naperville, Illinois. Phone them for directions at 630.955.9599.

· Their South Store is located at 1131 Fairview Avenue in Westmont, Illinois. Phone them for directions at 630.241.7268.

Shopping hours include the following for both locations:

Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday from 10:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. and Tuesday and Thursday from 10:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m. As with many businesses, they are closed on Sundays.

Donation hours are available from Monday through Saturday from 10:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. They are currently seeking gently used clothing and household items.

The stores carry a wide variety of products that are exciting to sift through. Of course there is clothing for all ages and sizes, but there is also a wide array of jewelry and accessories, household items of all types and lines, collectibles, antiques, books, records, you name it, they usually have it!

Besides saving money, there is a feel-good aspect to shopping with Second Chance Resale Shops. Both stores create an additional source of income for Family Shelter Services. This way they can provide services to more females and children seeking to escape the throes of domestic violence and begin anew. The victims finally have a source of “help and hope” in DuPage County.

The shops also allow those starting over a means to replenish their wardrobes and households with gently used items that are free of charge! This means a lot when you are in a position of need.

Check them out and save until December 4th. You may never go back to paying full price again! This type of charity is a win-win for everyone!
