Second album from Thompson Square due in March

A new album titled Just Feels Good is in the works for Thompson Square. Its expected March 26th release date can't come soon enough for fans of this dynamic duo.

Husband and wife duo, Keifer and Shawna Thompson have had a whirlwind couple of years since their song Are You Gonna Kiss Me or Not became a smash hit. The Platinum-certified song lit a rocket beneath their career, eventually landing them in the Duo of the Year winner's circle at the 2012 ACM Awards.

Since the success of Are You Gonna Kiss Me or Not, Thompson Square has hit the Billboard top 20 two more times with I Got You and Glass. After an emotional roller coaster year in 2012 with Shawna losing her father while at the same time finding the success she'd never get to share with him, the duo is finally ready to move forward with new music.

Their sophomore album, Just Feels Good, will be available at retailers in March. The new album's first single, If I Didn't Have You, tells of a couple who each count on the other to hold them up in hard times. The song is the story of the committed love between Keifer and Shawna Thompson, an obvious affection that has endeared them to fans since the beginning of their career together. Even the cover art for Just Feels Good exudes a sweetness that will surely continue their appeal to fans.

Just Feels Good will release just a week before the ACM Awards, where Thompson Square may be in the running for New Artist of the Year. The pair is the reigning ACM Duo of the Year and is hoping to add to their trophy case if fans vote them into the finals.
