Seattle Seahawks rumors suggest Percy Harvin could return for the 2014 NFC Playoffs. These Seattle Seahawks rumors surfaced Monday night (Dec. 30), when it was revealed that the wide receiver will be at practice this week. According to a report from CBS Sports, head coach Pete Carroll confirmed that there is a chance he could get to play in the divisional round of the postseason.
It actually seemed like he was going to be deactivated for the postseason and that the team would have to look to the 2014 season to have him on the field again. The expectation was that an announcement would be made so the team could clear up a roster spot. Instead, Carroll came out and stated, "He would do anything to play. He's at a place where he has a chance." Harvin even took to Twitter to state, "12's see u in 2 weeks ... It's go time once again."
Dealing with injuries all season, he only caught one pass for 17 yards and made a return of 58 yards in the Week 11 win over the Minnesota Vikings. The team has really struggled with depth at the receiver positions, so these latest Seattle Seahawks rumors come at the perfect time. Percy Harvin has a message for everyone that doubted him this season, as he stated on Twitter, "And to all the haters who tried to kick when I was down ... Can't express how much fuel u added to my fire."
There is still a lot of time until the Jan. 11 playoff game, so anything could happen.
