Animal Critical Care and Emergency Services (ACCES), a 24/7/365 emergency hospital with locations in Seattle and Renton is hosting a pet first aid workshop for dog and cat owners. It takes place on Saturday, June 21st at Muttley Crew Cuts in West Seattle from 11am-1pm. This free event will be presented by a licensed veterinary technician and light refreshments will be served.
The workshop will present an overview of basic pet first aid and CPR. From what to do first, to different types of restraint and valuable skills like obtaining vital signs, this class is worth your time. Besides getting your furry friend to professional help in the case of an emergency, often the moments following an emergency can be critical to the outcome.
