Seasonal Solitude

During this time of year, everyone reflects on relationships, life status and emotional steadiness. As the days fly by, we can easily get lost in status, money being spent and conversations that we miss. In the midst of it all, we must take time out for self assessment and love. Just because there are many people around do not necessarily mean that their presence is felt. Love and living life is more so the ebb and flow of actions seen than words overflowing. Much can be said, yet within this time what matters is what is felt. The heart grows weary when it longs to be understood and shared. The mind becomes frustrated when moments are missed. Let the negative go!

Do not elevate thoughts of what was and what could have been. Celebrate the time! You are worth the celebration! You deserve laughter, smiles and joy. Changes in life come. Hills and valleys will be. Yet, we push forward in knowing that happiness is a choice. Season your thoughts with positive comforts that can carry you onward into another day. You have a 'spice of life' that someone else needs. Your positive effect can ripple and change the tide of the day. There is meaning to your moments besides what other people, places or things may or may not bring. Within this time realize the importance of your presence ~ the effect of your efforts and the sweetness of your own style.

Every day is an opportunity for growth, love and learning
Broaden your boundaries and protect your peace. Be Blessed Always
