Sears' Lands' End offers great Spring styles at recession prices

Not to be outdone by Target’s Merona brand or JCPenny’s Ralph Lauren designed American Living Brand, Lands’ End has slowly introduced chic and modern menswear at select Sears locations. The new Lands’ End Canvas brand offers items comparable to J Crew and Banana Republic at nearly half the prices. The company, known for its preppy nautical inspired pieces was acquired by Sears in 2002. According to the company press release, Lands’ End designers took great pride in redefining the brand’s heritage pieces with new fits and fabrications while also introducing new items that are certain to become go-to favorites. Found throughout the line are premium fabrications with soft, great washes in styles that make getting dressed in the morning effortless. Locally the new Canvas line is available at Sears in Northpoint Mall in Alpharetta.
