The blog goes beyond frugality and introduces nutrition into the grocery equation. It also has Spanish language resources and readers can submit questions. A visit will also instruct shoppers in best practices that are often touched upon in this column -- to plan (make a list and have a budget), to shop (pointers for each aisle or food group), and to eat (nutritious, money- and time-saving meals ).
