Navigating the food allergy minefield is tough. Checking the labels, asking the dreaded questions, and enduring the skeptical, put-out looks is just part of the package for food allergy sufferers. That is why it makes it all the more sweet when we find someone that gets it. When we find someone that not only understands but is willing to make our lives easier by going the extra mile and supporting our needs, it is a reason to celebrate!

Do you have someone in your life that is a food allergy advocate for you and your family? Someone that has taken the time to understand your food allergy requests and advocates for you. Maybe it's a grandparent, a teacher, school nurse, or even a neighbor that supports you the best. It's time to say thank you and celebrate the food allergy advocates in our lives!
