The newly engaged "Bachelor" star Sean Lowe is the mystery celebrity on the upcoming season of "Dancing With the Stars." The Dallas native confirmed the DWTS rumors today (Tuesday) during an appearance on ABC's "Good Morning America."

His pro, Peta Murgatroyd, later tweeted about them partnering when "Dancing With the Stars" premieres in less than a week. "So...it's official everyone! Sean Lowe and I will be dancing into your living rooms March 18 on DWTS," Peta tweeted today calling Lowe's participation the "worst kept secret."
Coming off a highly successful season of "The Bachelor," millions of fans of the reality matchmaking show are rejoicing that Sean Lowe will still be a part of their Monday nights on ABC. The network is likely also thrilled knowing much of "The Bachelor" faithful will tune in just to see one of the most popular "Bachelor" stars in the history of the 16-season series.

"Dancing With the Stars" Season 16 premieres Monday, March 18 with a two hour premiere from 8 - 10 p.m. ET/PT. The following Tuesday, March 26, the one hour DWTS results show premieres at 9 p.m. ET/PT.
