Sean Lowe blogs about 'The Bachelor 2013' week 2 (Photos)

Sean Lowe is the star of ABC's “The Bachelor 2013,” and fans are loving this season. Monday night viewers watched the first round of dates, and Desiree Hartsock quickly became a fan favorite. According to Sean's Jan. 15 blog at People, it seems she became a favorite of his as well, but several ladies definitely captured his attention during the first dates. What did Lowe have to say about “The Bachelor” episode 2?

Lowe writes that Sarah Herron stood out above the rest of the ladies during the initial cocktail party, so he knew he wanted to have her on his big adrenaline date. Sean says that the free fall portion of the date was a big rush, but he enjoyed the evening part of their date even more. He notes that it was “easily one of the most romantic endings to a date that I've ever had” and as a result it felt right to share a kiss with Sarah at the end.

The group date was, as they often are, a bit dramatic as the women's jealous tendencies emerged. Sean says that the date was awkward, but he enjoyed the opportunity to spend time individually with the women later in the night. Tierra LiCausi is definitely rubbing the other women the long way, and while Lowe liked her at this point, it seems he was starting to see some red flags. He writes that he was thinking that she should be cautious about isolating herself too much because at that point, he expected to keep her around for a while.

“The Bachelor 2013” notes that Catherine Giudici stood out during the group date as well. He says he noticed her beauty the first night, but the group date is when he got to see her sense of humor. Lowe says that's when he knew he wanted to spend more time with her. Kacie Boguskie is the one who ultimately stood out on the group date enough to get the group date rose, and he started to see potential for them to develop a romance.

Then came Sean Lowe's date with Desiree Hartsock. Lowe writes that he knew she'd be the perfect one for the prank he pulled, and he was excited to spend more time with her. He says spending time with her at the house was everything he thought it would be, and he feels that “This girl has it all.” Lowe writes that he left that one-on-one date thinking that Hartsock might be “the one.”

What did you think of Sean's dates this week? Did you agree with the bachelorettes he kept and the ones he sent home? He has admitted that this season there are bachelorettes who really grow on him as the process continues, and it seems early favorites will fade later in the season. Did Sean Lowe fall in love this season? “The Bachelor” spoilers say yes, but for now he's staying mum. Tune in to watch Lowe hand out more roses every week on ABC's “The Bachelor 2013” every Monday night.
