Sean Lowe certainly had a wide variety of beautiful women to choose from as the season 17 bachelor. However, it was Catherine Giudici that ultimately won his heart. Like most relationship stories that lead to engagements, Sean remembers the moment when the 26-year-old graphic designer from Seattle stole his heart. According to a People article dated Saturday, March 16, Lowe said their first kiss was when he really fell for Catherine.
“The turning point for us was our first kiss. I knew she fit the friend mold, and once I found there was romance, I thought, “All right, this could work,” the former bachelor told People.
However, his bride-to-be recounts a different moment that stood out to her.
“For me, it was our date on the glacier in Canada,” said Catherine.
“My eyelashes froze. I looked like Frosty the Snowman,” reminisced Sean.
“I could see what he would look like as an old man!” revealed Catherine.
Lowe also admitted to People that he got a little ahead of himself the night that he proposed to Catherine in Thailand. He remembers being so excited to tell her why he fell in love with her, and couldn’t wait to get down on one knee. The 29-year-old entrepreneur said he probably should have spent more time talking to her before he popped the big question, but it was obvious that he just couldn’t.
The couple recently revealed that they plan to abstain until marriage, and that they will be walking down the aisle soon. Fans of the hit reality show were thrilled to learn that Lowe and Giudici’s wedding will be televised on ABC.
