A baby seal jumped into a boat with a group of Massachusetts sea duck hunters off Cape Cod and it was all caught on video. The baby seal looks like he is giving one of the men a hug as he crawls up onto his lap, reports “Fox and Friends” live on Monday Dec. 23.
Fox had the duck hunter on the show this morning after the video of the baby seal climbing on board his boat went viral in the last few weeks. The Daily Record reports this weekend that the duck hunters had other wild life on their mind when the seal made its appearance.
The adorable little seal just wanted to snuggle with Jeremy Brooks, who is the man seen on the video and who joined “Fox and Friends” this morning. Brooks told Fox that the seal put his face so close to his face that at first he was afraid the seal might bite him.
Once he realized that the seal wasn’t aggressive and that he just wanted some attention, they made friends. At first they folks on the boat could feel it rocking, this was caused by the seal hanging on to the side of the boat trying to get it.
After the seal wiggled his way onto the boat he made a B-line to Brooks and a friendship was formed. Brooks didn’t say how long the seal stayed on the boat. He thought that the pup might have gotten out of the water because a shark was nearby, because it did keep glancing back at the water while in the boat.
Either that or it was just overly curious and hopped on board to investigate how the other half lives. Check out the video above of the baby seal and his new friend.
