There has been a lot of talk leading up to Super Bowl XLVIII between the Seattle Seahawks and Denver Broncos. A lot of it has been on Seahawks CB Richard Sherman and his post-NFC Championship Game rant due to his interaction with San Francisco 49ers wide receiver Michael Crabtree. Bleacher Report stated on Jan. 22, 2014, that Sherman was mic'd up, and now it's known what he said at the end of the game.
At the end of the game, Sherman tipped a pass from Colin Kaepernick that was intended for Crabtree and it ended up being intercepted by Malcolm Smith to end the game.
Up until video was released by the NFL on Wednesday, all that fans could see was that Sherman ran up to Crabtree. Sherman looked to say something and was promptly shoved in the face by Crabtree. From there, the game soon ended and the Sherman rant to Erin Andrews took place.
The video now shows that Sherman simply ran up to Crabtree, stuck out his hand, and said:
"Hell of a game! Hell of a game!"
Crabtree shoved him in the face, and the rest is history.
Now, the Seattle Seahawks are on their way to play in the big game against the Denver Broncos, and the 49ers are back at home or have some players in Hawaii for the Pro Bowl.
