Seafood lasagna recipe

As a child we always had fish on Christmas Eve. It was an Italian tradition. As an adult, we continued the tradition, but not in its entirety. I now make the following recipes….

Easy Seafood Lasagna

  • 1 box of lasagna noodles
  • 1 bottle of alfredo sauce
  • 1 package of crabmeat (imitation)
  • 1 package of frozen mini shrimp, thawed
  • 1 package of mozzarella cheese , shredded
  • 1 package of parmesan cheese, shredded
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Garlic powder

First, cook your noodles as directed on the box.
In a 9 x 12 pan, layer your ingredients starting with sauce.Add a thin layer of sauce on the bottom of your pan. Then, layer noodles, crab, shrimp, cheeses and spices. Start layering all over again. End layering with your noodles then, coat with sauce.
Bake your lasagna at 350° for about 25 - 30 minutes, just until it is warm and cheese is melted.
