Those Ryan Seacrest wedding rumors will continue to have the internet buzzing, as the "American Idol" host was careful to not give any answers on the matter. While the "Idol" and radio show host has been dating former "Dancing With the Stars" dance pro Julianne Hough since 2010, it seems there's no confirmation of the two tying the knot, yet.
A report from Associated Press via Yahoo! News on March 1 talks of Seacrest's recent promotional efforts for "Idol Across America." The event is similar to the passing of the Olympic torch relay style, although it's done with the "Idol" microphone instead (and doesn't involve sports or a longtime tradition).
Apparently during the event, the AP tried to get the inside scoop from Seacrest, the radio DJ who is famous for doing so with other celebs. However, Ryan was able to avoid the question, as he turned it back around on the interviewer, asking "are you getting married?" That went back and forth for a bit, with Seacrest never giving a definitive answer on if he and Hough will be getting hitched.
For now, Seacrest wedding rumors will continue as he also keeps hosting "American Idol" on FOX affiliate WFXR 8, and of course "Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve" special on ABC each year. Hough is scheduled for her own reality dance show on television with her brother Derek at some point and currently stars in the film "Safe Haven" opposite Josh Duhamel.
