Scott Willis is looking to show what the world is missing if they used Instagram. The daughter of Demi Moore and Bruce Willis stripped completely topless and took a stroll through the streets of New York in protest against the social networking site's policy. According to People Magazine on Wednesday, the protest got support of fans around the globe who wanted to check out the picture.

Walking around the streets of New York City, the young star was looking to make a point about the beauty in being nude. Wearing a beautiful skirt with a purse over her shoulder, the blonde beauty walked by shops and restaurants, before stopping pick up some flowers at an outdoor vendor. It appeared to be a typical day in the Big Apple with a half-naked woman enjoying the moment.

Using the hashtag “#FreeTheNipple” the star rallied people in reevaluating the terms of service for the popular online service. According to Instagram's basic terms of service, users cannot post violent, nude, partially nude, pornographic or sexually suggestive photos or other content. The rules have been a stickler for a few stars as they have needed to take down material or get thrown off the site. The policy is in place to protect kids and young adults who also use the service and have access to photographs posted.

Will Scout Willis get the rules of Instagram changed with her latest protest? Sadly no. The star probably was looking to show off her body and give everyone a free look while protesting a corporate policy that might have gotten more results if she would have just picked up the phone and called. Of course Willis got a lot of free publicity for the stunt and maybe even a few new gigs as she raised awareness of her celebrity status substantially. Fans are really hoping she will consider posting more pictures, but that seems unlikely with Instagram's current policies.
