Whenever Scourge of the Throne attacks for the first time each turn, if it's attacking the player with the most life or tied for the most life, untap all attacking creatures. After this phase, there is an additional combat phase.

Scourge of the Throne is the type of card we love to see as a mythic rare: Fantastic flavor, art, and a flashy ability. It's niche, not Standard legal, and certainly not competitive in Legacy or Vintage. Seeing as most multiplayer games these days are Commander, interested players will only need one which means the prices shouldn't get out of hand.

Speaking of Commander, Scourge of the Throne there's someone we'd like you to meet: Let us introduce you to Kaalia of the Vast. We're sure the two of you will get along nicely, side by side with Aurelia, the Warleader.

How will you use Scourge of the Throne?
