'Scott Pilgrim Vs. The World' DLC gets delayed yet again by developer

It's starting to become hard to hear about the news of DLC for "Scott Pilgrim Vs. The World: The Game." To the credit of the fans of the game, they've been waiting almost three years not only to get the character Wallace in the game, but to get the ability to play online with their friends.

The DLC was announced last year and then delayed, and finally last week a firm release date was given out for both the Xbox Live Arcade and Playstation Network ports of the game. However, Ubisoft has officially delayed the DLC yet again, just one day before it was set to be released.

Ubisoft sent a statement to Detructoid, saying they are "addressing feedback from the community on the best ways to honor retro games in the "Scott Pilgrim vs. The World: The Game" DLC in an accurate and respectful manner."

"Scott Pilgrim Vs. The World: The Game" is available for both the Xbox 360 and Playstation 3.
