He last played in the NFL for the Bengals. This was back in 2011 and he was in great shape at the time. Now new pictures of Scott Mitchell shows that he has gained a lot of weight. He is now up to 366 lbs. and doesn't want to be that way anymore. He is going to use the platform of the show "The Biggest Loser" to help himself get back in shape.
Mitchell is 6'6" tall which does mean his actual weight should be a bit more than the average person. He has still put on more weight than he wants and is ready to fix it. He played 11 seasons in the NFL and five of those seasons were with the Detroit Lions. His fans are going to be interested to see him on this show now.
People shared a bit more about who will be on this upcoming season of the show. Former New York Jets offensive lineman Damien Woody will also be on the show making Scott Mitchell not the only ex-football player. He shared that his kids loved the idea of him doing this show. His wife thought it was worth losing him for a few months so that he will be around longer for their family.
"The Biggest Loser" will premiere on September 11. It is a season full of ex-athletes and they are all ready to get things back on track again. There are people who used to play football, soccer and an ex-WNBA player. It should be an interesting season and Jillian Michaels will not be back again.
