Former WWE superstar Scott Hall and Diamond Dallas Page started an IndieGoGo project to raise money to help Hall in his recovery attempt. According to Pro Wrestling Scoops on March 17, the duo reached their goal with 21 days still remaining in the fund raising attempts.
Page started the IndieGoGo to raise $80,000 to help pay for Hall's hip replacement surgery, physical therapy, dental work and to help pay his medical expenses. Hall couldn't afford the work and is broke thanks to money lost in his divorces.
Hall, who has been sober for over 50 days now, is working with Page on his YOGA program, using that as an attempt to clean up his life and sober up after numerous stints in rehab did not work. The same program helped Jake "The Snake" Roberts also clean up his life. Robert has been sober for well over 100 days now and has lost over 50 pounds on his way to his farewell wrestling tour.
After the goal of $80,000 was hit, Hall tweeted his thanks to his fans and said that this is a moment he will never forget. Page then tweeted out his thanks and said they are rebuilding Scott Hall. Finally, both Kevin Nash and Sean Waltman tweeted out their thanks to their fans for helping Scott Hall in his goal to turn his life around.
