Justin Bieber's long time manager Scooter Braun took to his Twitter after a long silence following his client's arrest. Braun, working as a talent manager, discovered Bieber on YouTube. He arranged for the young Canadian singer to go to Atlanta and meet with singer Usher Ramond who signed him to RBMG. He was later offered a record contract by L.A Reid, and signed to Island Records.
Braun's usual excited tweets promoting albums and performances seemed to be replaced by a much more somber tone since Bieber's trouble this week.
He wrote, "Been a long day. Bottom line is, we are defined by how we handle adversity. Love fully in good times and bad."
Justin Bieber was arrested in Miami earlier this week when his father, among others, helped him block off a residential street to drag race. Police at the scene wrote that Bieber was under the influence of alcohol, marijuana, and unknown prescription pills given to him by his mother.
He was later released on $2,500 bail. This arrest comes shortly after Bieber's LA home was raided following an incident in which he allegedly egged his neighbor's house.
