The ‘Narconon-Empire’ cash cow of scamming untold millions from unwary victims into Scientology coffers is becoming more like a desperate sinking ship full of rats facing countless lawsuits and investigations each week now.
A formal complaint against Per Wickstrom’s, Tranquility Detox to Michigan Attorney General for Medical negligence, and program misrepresentations, reads in part from Narconon Reviews:
“When the person arrived at Tranquility Detox, his personal belongings, cash, identification, and blood pressure medication were taken from him. During his stay, his blood pressure rose to a high level, and when he asked for the facility to call 911, they did not. He climbed over a fence and walked to the hospital.”
Per Wickstrom and David Miscavige, recently named in a massive CIVIL CONSPIRACY Lawsuit, along with an unscrupulous gang of 80 other conspirators from the USA, Canada, and United Kingdom, indeed, is facing far reaching consequences and legal ramifications.
Tony Ortega broke the news story with court documents posted here:
David Micavige’s Narconon cash cow of scamming, exploiting, abusing, and fraudulently ripping off the unwary public, appears to be crumbling to dust.
Reaching For The Tipping Point (RFTTP) and a very generous donor, who wants to remain anonymous, has opened a King Tut’s tomb of formal complaints filed with the Michigan Attorney General.
Narconon reviews (RFTTP) website posted 35 formal complaints against “A Forever Recovery, Tranquility Detox, Best Drug Rehab, and Narconon Freedom Center.”
One of Per Wickstrom’s victims states in their complaint to Michigan Attorney General of being:
“In an isolated, rundown property with no real medical attention and being subjected to medical malpractice. Not allowed to contact friends or leave until payment was made, they were alone and frightened. This person wrote about their own experience from 2009 to encourage the Attorney General’s office to investigate Per Wickstrom’s rehab facilities, A Forever Recovery and Best Drug Recovery (Rehab).”
On April 16, 2013, one victim stated: “…the patient was held hostage and unable to leave …”
A Forever Recovery [Per Wickstrom] released personal medical information to the parents. To cover their tracks, the parents were contacted the next day by the same employee who released the information and told to forget the information they had been told. A Forever Recovery’s response was “I’m sorry” and “the person has been fired”.
A summary of another complaint reads:
“She describes the creation of false records for the facility to obtain CARF certification; abusive treatment by staff members who were Nation of Islam and gang members; fraudulent insurance billing, part of which consists of having the client sign over power of attorney to the facility, and changing their address with their insurance company so that reimbursements go directly to the owner, Per Wickstrom.”
Even with countless lawsuits against Scientology’s drug rehab network, Narconon, it appears the David Miscavige Scientology dictator may be losing control over his greedy soldiers in the field?
And Hubbard’s statement: "Somebody someday will say ‘this is illegal.’ By then be sure the orgs [Scientology organizations] say what is legal or not," is now facing legal lawsuits and pending litigations against Scientology and their quack drug rehabs that are mounting each week recently.
Perhaps David Miscavige should heed Australian Senator Xenophon words:
“In Australia there are no limits on what you can believe but there are limits on how you can behave. It’s called the law, and no one is above it. (…)"Scientology is not a religious organisation. It is a criminal organisation that hides behind its so-called religious beliefs."
Countless people agree that the FBI, RCMP, SQ Intelligence, Interpol, and other Political and Government authorities should forthwith investigate and hold the Scientology Cult accountable for Civil wrongs and Criminal acts.
