Scientists at UK Royal Society ET conference unaware of extraterrestrial presence on Earth

Cambridge: Prof. Morris-'ET exploitative'

Mainstream scientists attending the January 25-26, 2010 discussion section on "detection of extraterrestrial life and the consequences for science and society" during U.K.’s Royal Society’s 350th anniversary conference have given intelligent extraterrestrial life a mixed review.

Some scientists reflect a cautious optimism about extraterrestrial life.  One report states,  “Mr. Marek Kukula, public astronomer at the Royal Observatory in Greenwich, said: “Part of me is with the enthusiasts and I would like us to try to make proactive contact with a wiser, more peaceful civilization…. We might like to assume that if there is intelligent life out there it is wise and benevolent, but of course we have no evidence for this.  Given the consequences of contact may not be what we initially hoped for, then we need governments and the UN to get involved in any discussions.’”

Other scientists presenting at the Royal Society present a darker evolutionary picture of the threat of extraterrestrial civilizations visiting Earth. Simon Conway Morris, professor of evolutionarypaleobiology at Cambridge University, is quoted as stating that “Extra-terrestrials might not only resemble us but have our foibles, such as greed, violence and a tendency to exploit others' resources. And while aliens could come in peace they are quite as likely to be searching for somewhere to live, and to help themselves to water, minerals and fuel.”

Open scientific discussion about the existence of extraplanetary life is reportedly encouraged in this conference.   At the same, the Royal Society conference involves mainstream scientists who seem largely unaware of the evidence for an existing extraterrestrial presence on Earth at this time.

The Royal Society’s 2010 "openness" policy to ET

The Royal Society’s opening to a public discussion on the nature of extraterrestrial intelligent life comes almost two years to the day since the initial reported secret meetings on February 12, 2008 at the United Nations with selected UN delegations regarding the extraterrestrial presence. The UN secret meetings reportedly led to an agreement among 30 nations, including the UK’s representative Sir John Sawers, participating of a new policy of openness in 2009.

The United Nations 2008 "openness" policy to ET

A report surfaced of a series of secret meetings starting February 12, 2008 at the United Nations with leading U.N. officials and delegates who were being briefed by U.S. military officials regarding the extraterrestrial presence.   A summary of the secret UN briefings reported that the participating nations adopted a new policy of “openness” to public knowledge of the extraterrestrial presence, provided the extraterrestrials did not engage in overt aggressive behavior.

From one perspective, the Royal Society’s discussion conference on the detection of extra-terrestrial life and the consequences for science and society is a functional implementation of the new policy of “openness” to the extraterrestrial presence as reportedly agreed to at the secret UN meetings.  The U.S. Naval intelligence officer Source A, who reported the existence of these meetings has yet to publicly identify himself.

However, the scientists chosen by the Royal Society to present papers on the evidence for and impact of an extraterrestrial presence have excluded the extensive body of government whistleblower evidence, technical and radar data, and personal witness testimony to an actual extraterrestrial presence on Earth.

The closing of the U.K. MOD UFO desk

Moreover, the Royal Society meeting comes two months after the U.K. Ministry of Defence on Nov. 1, 2009 announced the closing of its UFO Desk after 50 years of public access.  With the closing of the MOD UFO Desk, the only official public venue for the reporting of sightings of UFOs, or vehicles (phenomena) related to extraterrestrial or interdimensional life.

A policy of  “official ET disclosure” may be scripted and involve specific pre-selected, cooperating ET civilizations.  In such as case, the existence of an official channel open to public UFO reports such as the U.K. MOD UFO desk might prove an embarrassment.  Public reports of UFO and extraterrestrial encounters might continue to pour in after official “disclosure” which would be contrary to the parameters of official disclosure.

If the Royal Society meeting on extraterrestrial life and its implications is tied formally or informally to the policy of ET-openness reportedly adopted at secret 2008 UN meetings, then the Royal Society conference may be yet another phase of staged “official state ET disclosure”.

This would account for the narrow range of scientific opinion represented at the Royal Society, and the absence of any of the existing evidence for the intelligent extraterrestrial presence on Earth.

Micro-disclosure: the study of microbial extraterrestrial life on Earth

The Royal Society conference appears to have implementing a predicted strategy of micro-disclosure, that is continuing the extraterrestrial truth embargo by the method of "diversion."  Leading scientists are brought to London to say that extraterrestrials may exist on Earth, in microbial format.

Here is one example of this cover-up technique:

"Paul Davies, an award-winning Arizona State University physicist known for his popular science writing said Tuesday that life may have developed on Earth not once but several times. Davies said the variant life forms — most likely tiny microbes — could still be hanging around 'right under our noses — or even in our noses.'

"'How do we know all life on Earth descended from a single origin?' he told a conference at London's prestigious Royal Society, which serves as Britain's academy of sciences. 'We've just scratched the surface of the microbial world.' The idea that alien micro-organisms could be hiding out here on Earth has been discussed for a while, according to Jill Tarter, the director of the U.S. SETI project, which listens for signals from civilizations based around distant stars."

SETI project proponents, such as Dr. Seth Shostak, is consistently hostile to the scvientific data evidencing the presence of multiple extraterrestrial civilizations on Earth at this time.

Thanks for the article Dr Webre. The timing of this meeting is interesting since it was only a short while ago that the Vatican stated that there could be other civilizations in our vast Universe.

Plus, NASA admitting to finding water on the Moon and also the discovery of dozens of exoplanets.

There seems to be a drip drip effect that 'we are not alone' that's becoming more & more frequent.

Richard C. Hoagland did speculate that Disclosure would slowly come out rather than a sudden release of information. Let's hope that 2010 is the year that the 'truth embargo' finally ends.

Scientists need to take the (now relatively slight) risk of standing out and reciting the abundant testimony about possible alien life: sightings, witnesses, etc. Without saying, yes, I'm certain, they can simply review the accounts. Astronaut Gordon Cooper knew for certain that the formations of disks he chased while in Germany on flight duty weren't human. He went to the UN to try to get support for further investigation. That same kind of courage, like that of a man who risked his life to go into outer space, is needed among scientists. Now there is much more data to support the argument.

I am the editor of The Flying Saucer Review the oldest UFO journal in print, since 1955. The Royal Society discussion and any thought of openess coming from official channels in the UK is a fallacy. It is the opinion of many in this country that we have in fact lost many of our freedoms in the last ten years. Honest discussions don't just break out, there has to be a culture of openess, which is quite frankly missing here in the UK at the moment.

Who would've guessed a room full of scientific idiots would say "there's no evidence"? Hello people, these are the same liars who have yet to answer anything of NASA's 100's of missions. Maybe someone should've brought a laptop to check out NASA's website, like the Apollo missions. There's at least a 100 aliens right there, including buildings, bridges, a robot & UFOs galore. Let me know if you want a few clear enough close-ups or movement videos & where exactly to get them for yourself, especially if you can successfully forward them on to one of these "public science" fabricators, to rock "their world".

The reason scientists are unaware of extraterrestrials on Earth is that there aren't any extraterrestrials on Earth. Duh.

Earth's inhabitants are being groomed for a staged alien "revelation" or "landing." That's why we're hearing more and more about the "possibility" of alien life. The "aliens" will probably be real aliens, that is they will have originated in a different star system like the Pleiades or Orion, but they will be the good buddies of our global masters and will be all too willing to act as the elite's instrument for the total oppression of humanity. It's all part of our global elite's agenda, unfolding now by the day, of establishing a worldwide fascist dictatorship with a world currency and a world army (NATO), and worldwide poverty and destitution, except of course, for THEM, who will of course own everything. The "visitors" may even help their elite buddies accomplish one of their primary goals: the extermination of 90% of humanity.

some extraterresses have negro dialect just like harry reid, very senatorial of them. if they're an advanced civilization, most likely we're never going to contact them because we're dumb as lightning to them.

These guys Clay and Shawn Pickering sound like a couple of star struck money chasers that have found their gold mine in ufology. What is needed is more of the non-cloaked, validated stand up professionals per the ilk of Greer's Disclosure Project to come forward to add to the true evidence, not some source a talks to undisclosed source b, et al.

2017, where are we chasing the money? We have not made one penny off this information, nor wrote a book, nor lectured for monetary gain, or even sold a video. Gold mine in ufology?! 2017, please keep the "star struck" gold mine to those who have profited.

My apologies for the digression, Alfred.

Every sucked in exo-ufoistic believer is a useful idiot, who performs free and dilligent marketing work for their cult leaders; these smart and charismatic guys, that make the big money by spereading the exoistic and u-fool-oistic word on our planet and present self proclaimed experts, wannabees and whistleblowers with earshaking fairy tales to their gullible audience. Do you want to become a exoistic diplomate? Nul problemo - as ALF would say. Michael Salla will sell you an official exopolitics certificate; just for a couple of grands. Before people start to buy the widespread exo-ufoistic nonsense, they should ask for a accessible, verifyable und unambigous proof, ET-visitation took ever place on earth - or elsewhere in our solar system. Nobody could present such. And if ETs themselves wanted to enter in an open relationship with humanity, they wouldn't ask the shocking secret (nonexistent) dark, evil US-shadow-government. They showed up in an unambigous manner.

@Myth-Paralyzer:[Every sucked in exo-ufoistic believer is a useful idiot,]
Sacha is that you, what happen to your account on YT?
I know you use terms like exo-ufoistic.
Did your traitorous employers shut you down or something? ;-)
Was you talking to much about the secret Interstellar Navy?

Correct me if I'm wrong here, but if extra-terrestrial life has developed on eart parallel to us, doesn't that make it terrestrial life? Extra-terestrial life means from outside earth.

And I think this article shows the inherent danger of telling people what they are unaware of. They may be tempted to point out what you are unaware of (in this case reality)
