Tap This: The Art of the Brew is the next Science on the Rocks event thrown by the favorite Reuben H. Fleet Science Center in Balboa Park, San Diego. Guests to this sold out event will indulge in tasty eats and local brews as well as take on some beer pong challenges, all while getting a little education on beer, physics and brewing.
Local breweries sharing their secrets and suds at this event include Stone Brewing Company, Hillcrest Brewing Company, Green Flash Brewing Company, Helm's Brewing Company and Mad Lab Craft Brewing. Each having a unique taste and style, they are all sure to win over some beer lovers' hearts at this event.
The brews don't stand alone at this fantastic event. Tasty bites will be provided by Stone Catering, West Coast Tavern, Brazen BBQ, and D Bar. There will be plenty of tastes for all and guests palates are sure to go home satisfied. For guests that want to indulge further than the brews provided, BarWorks will be on hand offering beer, wine and cocktails at minimal cost.
Of course the party would not be complete without a little activity. Beer Pong, Beer Goggle Challenge, Pub Games and making carb garb are all on the agenda for the night.
