Despite North Carolina having in place a School Violence Prevention Act since 2009 there are still bullying cases in North Carolina and consequences. A eleven year old boy in Raleigh is in the hospital after trying to commit suicide after bullying episodes in School. So the question is - Is this School Violence Prevention Act passed in Raleigh efficient or should it be revisited.

This issue is a serious family and political issue. Kids lives are at stake with bullying. Will lawmakers in Raleigh re-visit this law and take further steps to secure kids in the schools?
