Officials confirmed that there has been a shooting at Price Middle School in Atlanta and a 14-year-old student was shot in the head. The student has been taken to a nearby hospital, but the teacher who was wounded was treated at the scene. The injured teacher was not shot.
Price Middle School, located on Benjamin Weldon Bickers Drive, is currently on lockdown. Parents are not permitted to pick up their children at this time, and only school officials are allowed on campus.
