School of choice in Grand Junction

It is hard to believe, but it is already time to start thinking about the 2010-2011 school year.

School of Choice applications for School District 51 in Grand Junction will be available Monday, February 8th at 10:00 a.m.

Applications can be picked up at any District 51 school building or at the Emerson Administration Building at 930 Ute Avenue.

All applications are due back by Monday, March 1st at 4:00 p.m.

The criteria for placement in your school of choice are space availability and the date of application returned.  All applications will be marked by date and time received and prioritized based on specific time of receipt.

Parents should be aware that there is no transportation provided for students who live out of the attendance area and attend under School of Choice.

For more information, contact School District 51.
