Schlafly: "Anything that Obama is for, I think conservatives should be against"

During a February 5th, 2014 appearance on Newsmax, Eagle Forum founder Phyllis Schlafly stated, in plain English, her belief that conservatives should oppose everything Obama stands for just because he is the one standing for them.

Once again, Schlafly's chief gripe with Obama is his insistence on treating people who are not white and Christian as if they are real human beings, with her new report stating that immigration reform will doom the Republican party.

Because the idea that Hispanics might better appreciate the Republican Party if they weren't so insistent on treating them like crap is far too much for Schlafly to comprehend, it is her recommendation that immigration reform of any variety be fought with the fervor of a starving raccoon on bath salts.

"If they like it, it's certainly not going to be good for the conservative movement or for the grassroots or for the Republican Party," said Schlafly.

"Anything that Obama is for," she asserted, "I think the conservatives should be against."

Schlafly is far from the first conservative representative to so openly endorse partisanship for its own sake. Only two days before, RenewAmerica's Selwyn Duke also insisted that liberals should be opposed for no reason other than because they are liberals.

To Obama and the Democrats, I would recommend responding to this by speaking strongly in favor of breathing.
