Scheana Marie finally has someone on her side at SUR. Last week, her close friend Ariana Madix was brought aboard, but unfortunately, it wasn't without drama. Just days in, rumors began to surface that Ariana had hooked up with Tom Sandoval, the boyfriend of Kristen Doute, and a short time later, the alleged romance was being discussed by several members of the staff.
Still, Scheana is thrilled to be working alongside Ariana.
"I love working with Ariana," Scheana wrote in her Bravo blog on December 2. "She is just a super chill, down-to-earth girl. There's no drama with her. We've never had a fight and I just love her. It's nice to have someone I can trust at SUR finally."
As for bringing the issue of her reported hookup up to Lisa, Scheana says things didn't go down as they seemed to on the show. "I didn't 'go' to Lisa about the Ariana and Tom rumors, even though it appeared that way," she explained. "One of my managers asked me to bring it up because they didn't want unnecessary drama brought into the workplace. Obviously knowing I am close with not only Ariana but Lisa as well, I was the perfect person to bring it up before it got blown out of proportion."
Unfortunately, by the time Scheana had gotten to Lisa, a staff member by the name of Danielle had already gotten the buzz going -- even though she didn't have any evidence to prove that the two had been romantic. According to her, she "saw something" between them that looked like chemistry.
Also on last night's episode, Stassi Schroeder and Katie Maloney took part in a burlesque dance as part of a surprise party. Scheana, for one, was not impressed with their skills.
"I still don't know why Lisa asked Katie and Stassi to dance and not me -- one of the girls at SUR who is a performer," Scheana wrote. "Ariana and I would have made that dance amazing and not a joke. I heard Stassi and Katie took a burlesque class once several years ago, so maybe that is why Lisa asked them? However, I thought their performance was awful and filled with no rhythm. I mean could we get in anymore slow motion? And, really, when you are doing a dance it's not supposed to be obvious that you are counting in your head."
