Miami Valley , Whitewater Valley, and the I-71 corridor of Ohio/Indiana:
A disturbance will ride along the a warm front tonight bringing heavy showers and few thunderstorms late. Tomorrow showers and thunderstorms will be scattered throughout the region, some heavy with a few being possibly severe by late day. This is all dependent on how much warming takes place and if there any breaks in the overcast tomorrow. A strong low level jet will influx moisture up into the region tomorrow as well which will enhance thunderstorm development. Some of the storms will capable of wind damage, hail, and flooding. A few storms that organize really well especially late Thursday night and early Friday along a strong cold front could produce a tornado given the shear parameters. However with the front passing through in the early morning hours the instability in the area will be limited as apposed to a late afternoon outbreak so this may limit storms from being to strong.
A cooler air moves in behind this front over the weekend before another stronger system with heavy rainfall and wind moves in early next week. There is the potential for flooding with this system as well and very chilly air
to accompany this system on the back side.
