Scarlett Johansson has some interesting views on Dylan Farrow’s accusations that her father, Woody Allen, sexually molested her as a small child. Dylan wrote an open letter calling out Scarlett and other actors who have worked with Allen. According to a March 17 “Just Jared” report, Johansson calls the letter “irresponsible.”

Scarlett, 29 and pregnant with her first child, implied Farrow used the names of actors she knew would get a Google alert, alleging it’s irresponsible to throw them into a situation they can’t possible comment on with accurate knowledge of the situation.

Johansson says the allegations of abuse have no bearing on her relationship with Woody because she has no way of knowing if they are true or not. Scarlett explained the famous director hasn’t been prosecuted or found guilty of a crime by a court of law and so it’s simply “guesswork.”

Because of the lack of criminal charges, Scarlett Johansson indicates there’s no grounds to say, “I don’t support this lifestyle.” Kristina Shepard who works with sexual abuse victims takes issue with the actress referring to molestation as a “lifestyle” choice.

What do you think of Scarlett’s support of Woody Allen and rebuke of Dylan Farrow?
