UPDATED MAY 13, NOW SPONSORED $39 pull fee

This sweet kitty is out of time at Greenville County Animal Care Services, a high-kill shelter in upstate South Carolina. This Facebook thread tells her story.

Millie is yet another black beauty who now finds herself on death row. Her time is up, and Millie could be put to sleep at any time.

This short-haired female is already spayed, and the shelter thinks she's around 2-years-old. She's healthy, but she's very scared.

The only thing worse than being a cat on death row at a high-kill shelter is being a scared cat at a high-kill shelter. People may think a cat is mean, when the cat is only frightened.

If you can find it in your heart to save this girl, whether through rescue, foster or adoption, please contact the shelter at petrescue@greenvillecounty.org. Millie is animal ID 22614336. Her rescue pull fee is $39

Please share Millie with your friends, especially those in rescue or in upstate South Carolina.
