UPDATE: Bindi has been rescued.
Beautiful Bindi needs a chance to find a home or a qualified rescue organization out of the Smith County Texas Animal Control Holding Facility in Tyler, Texas. She is no more than a few years old, and whoever abandoned this exceptionally shy but sweet young Labrador retriever mix didn't even take the time to make sure she had a safe place to sleep.
More than $260 has been raised to help with her placement and/or veterinarian needs.
She just can't seem to crawl any deeper into the corner to hide.
Instead this young dog must be tagged on Monday by a confirmed rescue or adopter; otherwise she may be euthanized.
Maybe there is still hope for #26223. Saving Animals From Euthanasia in Texas makes up a group of volunteers who help to cross post information about the dogs at the facility. Please be aware that the Texas Animal Control Holding Facility is not a shelter, and therefore no vetting or immunizations are provided for the dogs.
Bindi's story has only been shared among friends, coworkers, and families 273 times. Please post her beautiful photo to all of your contacts, and let's help to find this valuable young life a safe place to rest her trembling body.
