Cyrus might work his way back into Fitz's good graces in an upcoming episode. Cyrus will direct Mellie and Fitz on how to deceive a reporter in episode 18. The deception will involve them acting out a 'love at first sight' story for the reporter. Cyrus has not been Fitz's favorite person since he found out about the Defiance scandal. There could be more to this story though.
As for Quinn, previously released spoilers revealed a big moment for her coming up, and Spoilers Guide has now revealed that the moment will appear in episode 18. Quinn will become Olivia Pope while handling something for the firm, and she will pull it off. Quinn has been taking lessons from Huck, and those lessons do appear to be paying off.
