"Scandal" is getting ready to put Abby at the White House on ABC. Darby Stanchfield has shared new inside scoop on the ABC series. On Jan. 31, TV Line shared new comments made by the actress. E! Online also shared its own teaser for the series.

Stanchfield is the actress behind Abby on this series, and her character will soon be seen at the White House. The actress teased that she recently filmed scenes with someone she never worked with before on the series. Could this means fans will see Abby and Fitz together during an upcoming episode? It is likely, but she could also meet with Cyrus or Mellie as well. Stanchfield teased the following:

It’s a role that Abby’s not used to being in, but sometimes Olivia Pope is busy and short-staffed. so Abby’s got to step in. It made for some really nice scenes.

What had Olivia so busy that she did not visit the White House herself? As for Olivia and Fitz, E! Online shared a tweet that was shared on Twitter by Tom Verica on Thursday. He teased a 'big scene' was being shot for episode 3x14, and E! Online went on to tease that Olivia and Fitz could once again be seen in the Vermont home he had built for them this season.

"Scandal" will return to ABC on Feb. 27.
