On this episode, Olivia will have to fix a scandal for someone that is connected to a man Fitz has picked as a Supreme Court justice nomination. The man is connected to Olivia's client, and the pair have had a torrid affair. Lisa Edelstein is appearing on the episode as Olivia's client. On a personal level, Olivia and Jake will continue on, and Harrison and Abby will try to figure out their own relationship. Fitz will have his own issues as well. Mellie and Cyrus will try patch things up with him, but Fitz might have someone new giving him advice.
Quinn has seen some changes this season, and in this episode Hank will continue to teach her. E! Online shared more spoilers for her character as well. The site revealed the following:
"Prepare to see the tougher side of Quinn! Though she started off as the naïve newbie, Quinn is quickly becoming a fierce Gladiator and will get her Olivia Pope on in a big way in an upcoming episode. We're talking super sassy and awesome monologue here, people!"
