Sbrocco Wine Bar will host a chocolate-themed wine dinner with Chocolaterie Stam on Tuesday, February 25. The Chocolaterie Stam Wine Dinner will feature four courses prepared with Stam chocolate by Sbrocco Chef Aaron Holt and paired with a complementary wine. The dinner is $65 for one or $120 per couple. Reservations are required, and they can be made by calling Sbrocco at (515) 282-3663. The dinner will begin at 6:30 p.m.

Seared scallop with white chocolate buerre blanc and apple-arugula salad, paired with L'Ecole Chenin Blanc
Chocolate braised beef short rib with spicy diakon slaw, paired with Salo Garnacha
Coffee and cocoa encrusted pork loin with winter vegetables, fingerlings, and a chocolate-port reduction, paired with Boom Boom Syrah
Chocolate torte with ganache and whipped cream, paired with Bogel Petite Sirah Port
