Savory bacon open-face flatbread

This recipe is quick and easy. It’s the perfect switch-up to your regular meal rotation.

1 can Pillsbury pizza crust
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 tbsp. butter, unsalted
1 leek, thinly sliced
¼ tsp. pepper
6-8 strips bacon, cooked and chopped
½ cup parmesan cheese (shredded or diced)

Preheat oven to 400º. Grease a 12x17 pan. Unroll the refrigerated pizza crust and flatten onto the greased sheet. Brush the surface of the dough with olive oil and bake for 12 minutes, or until golden brown. While the dough is baking, melt the butter in a pan over medium heat. Add in the pepper and leek, cooking for 10 minutes or until translucent. In a bowl, toss together the leek, bacon, and cheese. Sprinkle this over the crust and bake for another 6 minutes. Cool, slice, serve, and enjoy!
