Named a “celebrity hotspot” by People.com, everyone from Lil Jon to Steve Carell has dined at Strip House since the restaurant opened in 2007. The steakhouse’s double entendre name refers not only to the restaurant’s signature cut of steak, but also to the series of early 1930s Studio Manasse black-and-white nude photographs that adorn the walls. Strip House is open Sun.-Thur. from 5-11 p.m. and Fri.-Sat. from 5-11:30 p.m. Its Britney Spears pre-show menus will be available when Spears returns to Las Vegas April 25-26 and 30 as well as May 2-3, 7, 9-10, 14 and 16-17.
